Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot and Lower Leg Massage
This wonderfully relaxing holistic treatment works by stimulating the body’s natural healing system, balancing mind, body and spirit.
Combined with traditional massage techniques, this treatment also incorporates marma point therapy and Kansa Vatki massage.
Kansa Vatki is the unique art of massaging the feet and lower legs both by hand and also with a small Three Metal Bowl. The bowl is made up of three metals: copper, zinc and tin, which are selected because of their alleged health benefits.
Coconut oil, grape seed oil or pre-blended aromatherapy oil is massaged over the feet and legs and marma points (Ayurvedic pressure points) are then stimulated using the Kansa Vatki bowl. This is combined with traditional massage to make a deeply relaxing treatment.
